MinCharDeleteTime: seconds or minutes?
// Min time for a char to exist before delete allowed (in seconds)
MinCharDeleteTime=3*24*60

If the time is in seconds, we should be able to delete the character after 72 minutes.
Actually after 72 minutes is not possible to delete the character.

Maybe the MinCharDeleteTime is in minutes?

It's in minutes.... internally, the value is multiplied by 60s already.
