it's working fine here, maybe it's something on your UO map files? or even a missmatch map setting (your UO have some map files, but sphere is reading different map files on path set on sphere.ini)

also you can type .where to check if the region is properly defined, because you can only teleport (.tele) to regions that are properly defined on scripts. And another small thing that can make your teleport fail is if you're "dead" (like when you're invul but with hits=0), this will make you always fail many actions
