I'm using the new build for a weak. May be, client crash chanse has increased, may be not, I'm not assure. The other seems to be correct.
About spells, as Ben told, you need to update defs and spell flags.
Also, you need to disable Networkthreads and Useasyncnetwork in ini, otherwise Sphere won't be stable.
