Fire Elemental Death
Hey!

Is there anyway I can use the animation of Fire Elemental death as an explosion effect?

Do you guys know what I mean or not? hahah
I can try to explain a bit more, if it's needed.

Thanks a lot!

RE: Fire Elemental Death
You can't, unless you save the death animation frames of the fire elemental and put them in the art.mul and tiledata.mul

RE: Fire Elemental Death
there's no way, this animation is not an item/effect, it's the death animation of the NPC body

but anyway you can change the explosion effect just changing your explosion spell on sphere_spells.scp, but you must use an valid effect (i_fx_smoke, i_fx_heal, or any other item). You still cant use the fire elemental death animation, but you can try i_fire_column or something like this

RE: Fire Elemental Death
you could spawn a dummy(invul,no-name,paralized,zero AI...) npc with fireelem body, animate it, then delete.
Be aware that timing is important, or you will have a fireelem body as a glitch until the server delete it. Lag may also glitch the animation
