How do I disable the "new targeting system"? I know there is usually an options in the options, but it's not there for some reason.

it's working fine here on client 7.0.55.4

I'm using 5.0.9.1, just started using this from 4.0.0 and now that option is gone.

Anyone have any idea on this? I really want this ugly target removed.

probably this is an client issue, so maybe if you use another client version it will show this setting to disable new targeting system

I just tried downloading new client versions and none of them bring up the "Disable new targetting system". I tried 5.0.9.0, 6.0.0.0, 7.0.1.1

Maybe a file is messed up? That's the only thing that I can think of. Anyone know where I can download a full uo version of 5.0.9.1?

or maybe your UO installation is not patched correctly

this could happen if your UO installation is on OSI patch X but you try to use an client version newest than this patch version

eg: if your UO installation is patched until client 4.0.11 (with no buff/debuff bar), even if you copy/paste the client 5.0.2d on your UO folder where OSI added the buff/debuff bar, you won't be able to use the buff/debuff bar because you need to update more UO files and not only client.exe. Probably the same is happening with the "Disable new targeting system" button on your UO installation

Oh I gotcha, I kinda had a feeling that was the cause of it because I did copy and paste the client over. Thanks man
