Hi, what does this actual do? What is an unencrypted client? would server be vulnerable to hacks?

// Set this to 1 to allow login to unencrypted clients
UseNoCrypt=1
changing this setting to 1 will fix this error?
WARNING:46:Bad Login 13 (Unencrypted client not permitted. See the USENOCRYPT setting in sphere.ini)
