Changing Flags
Is it possible to change flags on an AREADEF without having to reboot the sphere?

I want to change to FLAGS=region_antimagic_recall_in but it only works if I reboot the shard.

Not permanently in the script, but you can temporarily (until reboot) via a script/ingame/console with region.flags blah
