I have to say: Changing the notoriety value on this trigger will override default notoriety so you'll have to create new ones... let me explain:

Default noto from a character is blue, if you change this to red ... character will become red to you so you can attack him regardless of what he was.

On the other hand, if you change color to an undefined notoriety you will have no checks in criminal actions, etc.
