Type ".account.resdisp rds_ml" in-game. There is also an AutoResDisp option in the ini to set a default resdisp for new accounts. You have to do the existing accounts manually or you can create a simple for loop to go through all accounts. There should be info on resdisp in the wiki so you can look there to see what it does. Fight Book and other stuff will appear once you do this too.
