[BUG] Colors Create Char & Consoles Bugs!

Hi!

How to fix the color's bugs and the bugs on console that shows on image, please?

I'm using:
Sphere Version 0.56c-Nightly [WIN32] by http://www.spherecommunity.net, compiled at Dec 14 2015 (16:59:26) [build 2606 / GIT hash af904e4]

Win 7 Ultimate 64 bits
i7 3.4 ghz - 8GB ddr3 ram

Clients encrypted tested (same error on both):
UOML: 4.0.11c
UO High Seas: 7.0.43.1

Custom Scripts:
scripts/customs/imoongates1.8.scp
scripts/customs/drydock.scp
scripts/customs/housing24.scp
scripts/customs/static_housing.scp
scripts/customs/improved_stables.scp

How to fix the bugs, please?
