instead start with empty save files, you downloaded save files already created, so in this case there's a few items on your spherestatics.scp which doesn't exist on your scripts folder, making the sphere show this error "invalid worlditem" at server startup. So you must add these scripts, or just remove these items from your spherestatics

But I got a fresh install, don't get any save (i created blacnk files with only [EOF] =P
The only thing that i did, my mistake, is that ive extracted the Mordaunt scripts packs in sphere's script's folder.
I forgot that sphere, for least, loads all scripts in scripts folder, so i think that one of these scripts spawned something.
I've already take out all these scripts, and im using only the scripts in scipts-master package and more 6 scripts:
scripts/customs/imoongates1.8.scp
scripts/add-on/HighSeas/Ships/HS_pilot.scp
scripts/customs/drydock.scp // Use: .drydock
scripts/customs/housing24.scp
scripts/customs/static_housing.scp
scripts/customs/improved_stables.scp

Have any idea how to fix it? Its not a problem delete all saves and do all it again, but i would like to learn a better way to do with that. If i need to fix it in the future, ill not be allowed to delete all saves.

Anyway, i got an 2 in-game deeds:
evil_compound - This one i placed it, but it dont created the sign... So i can't manage it, or delete it =(
I tryied the .nuke , choose 2 points made an square, but i can't delete the structure. I had to close sphere without save.
The same with the deed for the ship: Britania Ship (scripts\add-on\HighSeas\Ships\HS_pilot.scp)
I'm using high sea client (client encrypted version 7.0.43.1) and i can spawn the ship. But the " manager " isn't on it. I doubled clicked on the rope, but i din't on the ship. The only way that i got on ship, is using the cmd: .tele
I doubled clicked on the wheel boat and i can drive the ship, but i can't dock it, either using script .drydock cmd. And i got the same error from evil_compound structure. I can't delete the ship, only closes sphere without save it.
But i didn't config sphere.ini right, im sure. Im using HS client, but the sphere.ini is default. Could anyone help me to config it, right?
I want to use all expansions to high seas. I read that u made a new combat system for sphere, so i would like to try it too. So, could anyone tell me how to do it right, please? I dont iunderstand the expansions calc to activate all, soorry for the noob question, but i really need help with it.
And how about clients colors bug? Its all fresh install from ML and HS clients. I used only fresh install of clients, sphere and razor. Not more. Any tip about it?
