This was actually simpler to do then I originally thought. Tags and all other related functions are now added to ROOMDEF (TAG, TAG0, TAGAT, TAGCOUNT, TAGLIST, CLEARTAGS)

So basically, there is not much difference between a room and an area now except for a few triggers, how the .where functions returns info, and how they overlap one another.
So areas can't overlap, meaning, you can't be in 2 regions at once. Rooms are not really regions meaning that it is placed on top of the region and not replacing that portion of the region.
