UO Animations
I've been playing on a server for around 10 years and I decided to create my own.

Everything is fine besides one thing, when I'm attacking something, my character fights as if he's in slow motion when he has low dex, but when I increase the dex to 90, he hits incredibly fast. Same thing goes with all npc's.

The server I've played on has a much more smooth animation, it's not as crappy looking and slow motion. How do I achieve this?

Also, how would I be able to mess around with dex affecting weapon speed?

Thank you

Swing Speeds is based on DEX and SpeedScaleFactor (sphere.ini)
You can change the swing speed on @HitTry (ARGN1) if you want.
