I got it yesterday in the console

Code:
00:30:8c: Account 'account_name' already in use.
00:30:WARNING:8c:Bad Login 1 (The account entered is already being used)
00:30:8c:Client disconnected [Total:5]  ('79.xx.xx.xxx')

after so many time attemps


00:32:a2: 'account_name' exceeded password tries in time lapse
00:32:WARNING:a2:Bad Login 20 (The maximum number of password tries has been reached)
00:32:a2:Client disconnected [Total:4] ('79.xx.xx.xxx')

all i can think is something with the client management at sphere.ini

might be thisone: / Max login tries for account before a temporary ban (0 is disabled)
MaxAccountLoginTries=0
