So I use to play on a server a long time ago that basically didn't use any sort of programs like razor, so there wasn't any pvp scripting. About the only thing we could use was easyuo, uoloop, stuff like that.


I'm wanting to do the best I can to block pvp scripting on my server, I don't really care if players can script crafting skills. But I do not want my players able to script a fight, that just kills the game.

Is there anyway to allow everything on razor except the scripting part? How can I block people from using other programs, like uosteam?

Then you need a packet filter, like Relic for old version of sphere, 51a etc.

Hey - was that Burstfire UO/TuP by any chance?

If so, we did start building a launcher for The UO Project which blocked use of Razor etc.

So how do I start using a packet filter? Would I be able to block uosteam and programs like that?
